Motta Realty was originally formed in 1980. The company was put on hold for 26 years as Owner Barry Motta became a school administrator. Now in 2007, Barry and Lois Motta are ready to re-launch their career in Real Estate, and each brings a unique skill set to the table.

Barry is a skilled negotiator, leader, and team player, possessing a keen business and marketing sense. In addition, Barry has earned the designation from the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and is an accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).

Lois Motta is a licensed American Sign Language interpreter for the deaf and has earned the Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) designation. Her honesty, integrity and genuine people skills make her a pleasure with whom to associate.
